We are an authorised reseller and affiliate of the Selling with Confidence (SWC) digital course, which is created and owned by Mini Motivates. We are not affiliated with Stan ("Find Community, Inc.") except where our storefront uses their platform infrastructure.

* Resale of the Selling with Confidence (SWC) digital course on behalf of Mini Motivates

* Affiliate marketing education and resources

* Digital products and done-for-you (DFY) digital products

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. How Purchases Work

When you purchase through this Site:

* You pay us (Mums don't do broke / Shine to Success Collective Pty Ltd) directly

* We pay the applicable affiliate commission to Mini Motivates

* Mini Motivates or their designated platform grants you access to the SWC course

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this three-party arrangement. Your course access is managed by Mini Motivates and is subject to their own terms of service.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price at the time of your completed purchase is the price you will pay.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds once you have received access to the SWC course or any digital download, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure, is not as described, or does not do what it was represented to do. If you believe your purchase qualifies for a remedy under the ACL, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests for change of mind, failure to read product descriptions, or technical difficulties on your own device will not be accepted.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If you have purchased a product that includes resell rights, those rights are governed by the specific licence terms provided with that product. Unless explicitly stated, resell rights do not include the right to modify, rebrand, or claim authorship of the original product.

We make no guarantees about income or results from using our products or applying the strategies taught in the SWC course or any other digital product we sell. Any income examples shared in our content are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of your results. Your results will depend on your own effort, experience, and market conditions.
